Change My Booking
We appreciate travel plans change and some of you have told us that our lack of flexibility is a P*** Off factor. We want to be more flexible so we have introduced a way in which you can change your booking for a small fee of £15. To make the changes you must follow the steps below and we will do the rest.
| 1. | Click Here for availability for the new date that you would like to change your booking to. |
| 2. | If you are due to arrive in the next 24 hours please call our reservations team on 020 7550 1000. |
| 3. | Having checked availability, if the rate for the new date is higher than you originally paid we will charge |
| you the difference plus the Change Fee. If not you will only pay the Change Fee of £15. | |
| 4. | Please complete all the fields on this page - You will not be able to submit your form if any of the fields |
| are empty, sorry! | |
