Late departure fee at £5 per hour after 12 noon.

General
Your contract is with Willow Street Hotel Limited. Please read our terms and conditions carefully as you will be bound by them.

Reservations
When your booking is completed you will be issued with a confirmation number. Please bring this confirmation number with you when you check in together with the payment card that you booked with as proof of identification.

Should a room have been booked in your name but you do not plan to stay, you must let our reservations team know in advance of the date of arrival so we can make the changes to allow a smooth check in.

To avoid any fraudulent transactions, bookings cannot be transferred without prior notice to the hotel and we can only allow check in to a guest who booked the room online / via our reservations team.

Changes
Changes are permitted for any bookings. For changes to personal details of a pre-paid booking please contact our reservation team on 020 7550 1000. Changes to the travel dates of a pre-paid booking can be made by submitting our on-line form, subject to availability, plus a change fee of £15 and any rate difference. If your booking is for less than 24hrs from your arrival date you can change your booking directly with the hotel until 16:00 on the day of arrival by calling our reservations team on 020 7550 1000. After that time no changes can be made.

Cancellations and Non-arrivals
Once made, bookings are not refundable. Therefore (i) cancelling a booking, (ii) not arriving for a booked stay or (iii) the hotel's denial of check-in to a person not accompanied by the person named in the booking will not result in a refund.

Reservations made with a corporate account must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking. Once confirmed your reservation may be cancelled up until 16:00 on the day of arrival. After 16:00 or failing to arrive for your stay full prepayment for the first night's stay will be charged.

Price
Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include all taxes. Corporate account room rates agreed is confidential between the company and the hotel. VAT is excluded.

Room Types
Most rooms have double beds. We have a limited number of twin rooms and a few accessible rooms.

Damage
We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage done to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Pets Policy
No pets, guide dogs allowed.

Limitation on Liability and Law
